Is it possible in any way to hook up a keyboard from an Apple comp to a PC/Laptop?

Of course. It's just a USB keyboard. The command key should work as the Windows key. However, some of the function keys may not work.

And if you're talking about the Apple wireless keyboard(s) instead, they all use Bluetooth so it's simple enough to connect them to a PC as well (the vast majority of modern laptops have Bluetooth built in - though USB Bluetooth adapters are dirt cheap anyway if you need one).
