Wedding bands - something a little different?

    Hey there

My fiancé and I are getting married next year and we are desperately trying to find a band who are a little different. If I was to describe the type of music we want, I would say it's Rodrigo y Gabriela mixed with a bit of rock and a dash of trad. Not asking much, I know! I heard something like on it on Grafton Street months ago but have no idea who they were.

We've come across a band called Mutefish who seem to fit the bill. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

    Thanks!

    Tucan
These guys rock and sound exactly like Rodrigo y Gabriela.
Donno if they would do your wedding, but no harm in asking.

    Acoustra

We watched them in a battle of the bands last weekend, they won... very enetertaining but also saw them at my cousins wedding New Years Eve. Very good night had by all! great mix of songs and have some decent original stuff too... :) Not sure about the R&G part but they fit the rock/trad part...

    Hey Beruthiel and Hazeler

Thanks for the suggestions! Will check them out later, definitely sounds more like our thing anyway.
