Firstly if this the wrong place, Mods please move as you see fit.

I have seen a couple of people recommend the Hulu Plus app for the iPad.

I have all the required bits (iPad, Hulu invite, app, VPN), but what I cannot figure out is how to pay fort the service. I go through the process of activating the invite, but without an American credit card I cannot complete the process.

Has anyone figured a work around? Also slightly related, has anyone signed up to Netflix?
