I'm looking for a female UCD student, third year or postgrad preferably, or a young professional, to share a twin room in the apartment complex on Roebuck Rd, Foster's Avenue, just where the Spar is. Almost directly across from the Roebuck Law pedestrian exit of UCD.

It's a small house inside the complex - upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with bathrooms. Downstairs: a dining room, kitchen and living room. Heating, internet, TV, washing machine, parking etc. Rent is just 300.00 per month, with 150.00 deposit.

We're looking urgently to pair me up with another girl, before we lose the place to other people - so I'm quite eager to find someone like-minded and compatible, especially since we'd be sharing a room! I'm a 22 year old girl, an English Masters student at UCD, and have just finished a BA in English and Film there also. I love film (clearly!), cooking, good chats with easy-going, friendly people, and a nice, relaxed atmosphere to come back to at the end of the day. As for sharing a room - all I'd demand from a prospective roommate is quietness at night to get some solid sleep! There is a desk for study in the room, though I usually work at the dining table or in college, so the roommate could use that.

PM as fast as possible, only if you're absolutely interested. It's a great place for 300.00 and perfect for UCD students. Thanks!
