    hi,

Ive come across 2 cookery courses in galway, "kates" and "love to cook".however they both seem to be demonstration rather than hands on practical courses.

can anybody point me in the direction of a course where the pupils get to cook, or is this unusual?

all help would be very much appreciated.......
