Insulation & airtight membrames

I have a sunroom with a vaulted ceiling in my new build onto which I am installing an airtightness membrame.
Could anybody clarify for me if there is a ratio/rule governing the thickness/value of insulation which can be applied on the internal (lined plasterboard) habitable side versus the external side of the membrame?

Ideally the insulation should be behind the air tight membrane, that is on the "cold side" of the membrane.

Your designer & BER report should clarify your insulation spec / thickness in this area, prior to construction.

You could contact you membrane manufacturer for advice.
