Registering as a Sole Private Trader?

Just wondering what most freelancers here are registered as? Have the majority gone as a ltd company or a sole private trader?

Easiest to just set up as a sole trader first, it's very little paper work so not much point in doing otherwise unless you're sure you're in it for the long haul.
