    Hoping someone can answer please.

If Mrs 1 files divorce and Mr 2 will not file counterclaim of defense and will not give his present address details, can anything be done to get Mr 2 into court as Mr 2 has many assets he does not wish to be discovered.

Mrs 1 and children of marriage are living in poverty and are homeless, renting privately so need to get this into court.

Mrs 1 can be given divorce and family home which Mr 2 stayed in then abandoned and no mortgage paid for over one year and large debt re mortgage now makes it worthless. How does Mrs 1 get Mr 2 into court.

Mrs 1 is a full time carer at home.

I hope I have worded correctly.

    Many thanks.

    Coryza
