    Maybe I'm the last victim of rip of Ireland but I was charged €8.92 for a packet of ciggies in Dublin yesterday. :mad::mad::mad::mad:

    €8.92, thats more than min wage. :confused:

    Was charged over the odds for tobacco myself aswell. over 9.50 for 25 grams and 2 packets of skins

    On a serious note, if they have gone up, then it's the cigarette companies and not the government.

    I think people are mad, spending 30+ quid a week on fags then moaning about how they've no money and how dey took dur jerbs.

    But yes, that price is ridiculous. Doesn't affect me though :pac:
