Tony Morris runs a deadly session from 6:30 am every weekday morning in Belvedere College Pool on Temple Street . 7 yoyo pay as you go. There is also a group of early morning swimmers that do about that distance in the NAC. YOu would need a swim membership for NAC as proves too expensive otherwise. I think a years swim membership is about 300 or so. Not too bad if you get the use out of it.

The tony morris class sounds like a good session and would only take me about 40 mins to get there
