    Hi there!

Does anyone out there run and have CF?
Just wondering if you do, what your training schedule is like and how it all works out for you. I run and have CF, so curious if there's anyone else out there training with it!

Fair play to you. Miy sis in law has CF and she struggles with a short walk. Sorry that was no help at all. Alot of admiration for you.

A guy I went to college with was a strong runner(36 minute 10ks etc) and had CF. The running helped him big time as far as I know.

Hi, just wanted to express my admiration for you. Keep it up. I ran my first race, a half marathon for a cf charity (local) so I learned a little about it. I'll make some enquiries on your behalf tomorrow, and see if I can find out anything from my neck of the woods.

I know of one guy who does BHAA races who has CF, according to one of his in-laws. Haven't seen him for a while but if I do spot him, I will mention this thread to him.

Congratulations on getting out there. Good luck with it.

first of all, fair play to u and keep it up!

I'm sure you've heard of Orla Tinsley? I know she runs and she completed the womens mini-marathon there back in May. I'm sure if you contacted (facebook etc) her, she would definitley be helpful

    Good luck
