Buying music from the U.S. Customs?

    Hi,
    I've bought sheet music from sites such as ebay and amazon over the past few years...as these sites are probably the cheapest way to go!

    However, i found a book of music i really want to buy and neither ebay or amazon has it..I eventually found the book on a site called sharmusic.com and was about to purchase from them until i noticed a section about them not being responsible for custom charges..At this, alarm bells went off!

    The book and shipping is pretty expensive as it is. The last thing i want is to get hit by customs. I was just wondering is it likely that i'll be charges more by customs?

    I've bought a number of things from ebay and amazon and never been hit by customs charges.

    I'd be really greatful for any replies!
