    Hi all,

apologies if this is the wrong forum but thought I'd try. I'm just curious as to who is responsible for pruning trees in housing estates, we have quite a big tree right outside our house and it hangs over into the garden blocking a lot of light, it also completely blocks the street light outside, meaning it's very dark if walking by at night.

Is it the council who look after this, or is it something we should organise ourselves?
