Nice turnout of 200+ for the Clare River Harriers 10k. road race in Claregalway last night. Robert Staunton won the mens race while Colette Touhy was the first woman home. :) Photos of the race can be viewed here:http://eirefoto.com/10_claregalway_10_home.htm

Weel organised race as ever. I ran a pb which I'm happy with (46:02), it's tough knowing that hill is coming up a second time around it really gets the legs a-wobblin'.
