Final year student looking for a room in the UCD surrounding area, preferably Roebuck or Clonskeagh. A double bed ensuite for less than €500 a month would make my dreams come true. Tidy, chatty and with way too much study to do this year so won't be a party animal. Any PMs about possible candidate rooms very much…
