    Hi
I'm the same size as you & I think most people our size would fail that test so i wouldn't worry too much!

One thing I do without fail is wear a soft seamless tank (kinda like a bra but not uncomfortable) to bed every night. It keeps my boobs semi supported & now I can't bear not to wear it when I go to bed. I got mine in Dunnes.

Also I moisturise neck, chest & boobs every day. You don't need fancy products. A light daily toning moisturiser should do the trick.
    HTH:)

    What is this test?

Asha do you mean vests with hidden support?

I think the 'pencil trick' is if you put a pencil underneath your boobs, and take your hand away, it should stay up and not fall down [the pencil].

Mine are saggy sadly, but hoping by losing weight they'll get bit firmer. Gets me down quite a bit. I'm only 24! :(

Press ups will tone your pecs which will naturally give you a bit of a lift.

Pencil test is a load of crap - you're gonna fail it if they're any way ample, no matter what age you are. And did your friend pass a comment on yours? Low thing to do if she did.

Apparently you can do this to see if your bum is sagging also.

I second the tank top recommendation and the moisturiser.

A regular body moisturiser or Vitamin E cream would probably do the trick but if you're really concerned Clarins do a bust beauty lotion, or Lush recently released Lovely Jubilees, both of which are specifically designed for the Bust and Decolletage. Your partner should be only too happy to oblige when it comes to application of cream to that area:p

Opposite I'm afraid- your boobs should ideally be soo pert that the pencil falls immediately!

No its not a vest. It's like a bra but seamless.
I suppose like a vest without the bottom bit.

i can't sleep without it. My boobs would go everywhere!

:rolleyes:If it falls while you're still holding it you have bigger problems than the pertness of your boobs - Parkinsons perhaps.

There are 3 levels to the pencil test depending on the size of you boobs. Will the pencil fall while you have your hands down at your sides. Will the pencil fall when you hold you arms to the side at shoulder level. And will the pencil fall when you hold you arms up straight above your head. It's just a game though, it doesn't really mean anything.

The best way to check for sagging is to stand in front of a mirror and with you torso side on pinpoint the under-crease of your breast. If your nipple is level or above the crease then you are not sagging. If it's lower then, yeah, it counts as sagging.

The absolute number one thing you can do to prevent sagging is to always wear a sunscreen on your cleavage. Nothing (outside of major accidents/illness) will damage your breasts like sun damage as it destroys the elasticity of the skin. Also make sure you are wearing the proper size bra.

The other thing you can do is build up your pectoral muscles, these are the muscles beneath the breast and if you build them up they will help lift the breast. Push-ups are the most straight forward. If you can't manage push-ups initially do the same movement from the knee instead of the feet. Like this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sxv7lL34kS0&feature=related The chest fly is also very good. It's the first one here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DmFiE2ClFkY

Oh I know the ones, I got one for my pal when she was in hospital, it's like a crop top...Sloggi do nice ones too. I hilariously used to be able to wear these as bras - when I had kids I went from from an A to DD!
So after that huge jump and breastfeeding 2 babies, and then losing a fair bit of weight mine are definitely saggy! I use an M&S product - beautiful breast serum, seems good. Mama Mio do one too and I know their products are supposed to be great (if spendy). I like the sound of the Lush one, I love rose scented products.

Read all the advice above - and don't panic. Any sagging you perceive is probably FAR less obvious to others, or more than likely non existent to them. And get a good bra. If you're in Dublin, I have found Arnotts excellent for measuring/range.

i'm in my late 30s and had 4 kids, my boobs were always fairly small anyway 32b then a 36c , i wear a sports bra always for extra support and although they are not a pert as when i was 20 they still are not too bad, i wear a bra 27/7 except for sex and shower :D ask your partner for his opinion they notice them more than we do, my husband pointed out to me that mine are uneven, i never even noticed!!!

I've been using that Lush Lovely Jubblies :D cream now for 2 weeks. The skin is still loose but there is a definite increase in firmess. Boobies lookin' gooood :D

I was always so gutted that I'd 'failed' the pencil test, 'cause my boobs are basically too small to hold a pencil under them, but all of my friends were able to keep a pencil under theirs! Now I can use this pert defence! :)
