Sorry if this is in the stickies (I had a wuick look) but what forms would you need people to sign if you were interviewing people on the street for example and wanted to use that in a documentary or film?

a release form is what your looking for which you can find a few templates of by quick search online.

Though formally any form of release form to be a legally binding contract requires some form of trade within the contract, which traditionally use to be a doller or a pound to confirm the trade If its a small production or you dont expect any problems from the interviewee just a confirmation that a copy of the film will be sent to them will be enough
