corrupt data

I play mw2 in a friends house on split screen and soon after i reached level 21 and tried to load my profile again it says the data is corrupt. It wasnt a once of as it happened to his profile aswell and mine again. why does this keep happening is there a way to fix it.

On Split Screen all the info is saved to the HDD. if your getting corrupt data it probally means that it didnt save correctly to your HDD or that there is a problem with the HDD.
