well im selling up sick of airsoft ...
so im selling my mbo1 hardly used with 1 spare mag i payed 200 euro for it in eastcoast airsoft .... selling it for 150 ono it only about 3 months old ....

Is this the same aeg you were selling a while back?

Mate the legal limit for AEG's in Ireland is 328fps or 1J. Your AEG is over that limit and is illegal to sell on these boards.
(The same limits apply to bolt action sniper rifles)


You will need to bring that AEG to and Airsoft retailer to get it downgraded or do it your self before you can sell it here.

Flanders, despite despite your good intentions, your wasteing your time. This was all said to hi the last time he tried to sell this. Just report the post and wait for Andy to sort him out. Cause Metro obviously hasn't learned from his last vacation

i know mate but you have to realise that in Ireland anything that is over 328 is illigal. no matter how many times you say''thats what it says on the box'' it is still illigal.

If you want to sell this AEG you will have to bring it to an airsoft retailer so they can down grade it for you, this would only cost about 20euro.
Or

You can get this AEG Chronographed aswell at the retailer you go to and they will tell you exactly what fps it is.

yes i bought it from eastcoast airsoft ... it has never been skermished i just used it for plinking ... im not into this hole airsoft thing thats why im selling it ..i suppose it was brought in from china im just going by what it says on the box ..

East coast airsoft from what i can see is an american website, America has different limits, if any limits. forget what it says on the box, if you want to sell it here or even own it in this country and avoid a day out in court you need to downgrade it to 1J or less.
Switch on a small bit, you have been told several times.

The reason we have limits and moderators is to make sure that the sport we play never gets a bad name by people who may or may not break the law with sales like this.

People like you who cannot read the Charter after being banned for not doing so already and trying to sell AEG's that are by LAW illegal to sell in Ireland bring trouble and unwanted spotlights on a sport that already comes under fire from people that have no idea about the sport.

I tried to help you but your inability to grasp the simple rules of this forums makes me think that the sport is better off with out you.

East coast is indeed a US retailer,,,US law allows 500+fps depending on site regulation but 500 is the norm.

I wonder is he referring to South East Airsoft,,if this is the case then the the replica is more than likely 1J or lower.
