    Edit: I'm surprised UCL is so low, they are getting a really good rep on this side of the Atlantic

    I think that list is all over the place tbh. CMU and Maryland are too high; Cambridge isn't better than LSE; Arizona State is not higher than Cornell or Wisconsin; Dartmouth isn't better than Penn State; GMU is not better than Brown or Caltech; UCL is better than Illinois; Tilburg is definitely better than Nottingham.
