Looking at my past 3 months of statements and I've noticed that on at least 2 occassions eFlow have claimed that I've gone through the toll.

I know its only 5 Euros but **** that, I want my cash back. Will they refund with a simple email or am i looking at a long protracted matter ?

I found them very nice when I rang up about a penalty notice recently, ended up clearing the account for me, no additional payment, so give them a ring and be nice :pac:

    +1

Ever since they stopped using the company up North to deal with the problems and switched it to the one in Cork they've been fantastic.

    Ok.

I'll fire them off an email with the reference number and politely put my point across.

Is it common for their system to misread a licence plate ? I hope someone isn't driving around Dublin with a copy of my plate.

Ah just give them a call I'd say it would be sorted sooner than an email

I have one of them white toll tags that you stick on your window, dont know much about this now as I didnt organise it. We have it ever since they came out and even if I dont go through the barriers, I still get charged 1 euro per month. Just looked at my statement and its gone up to 1.21. Its not the money side of things, but its the principal of it. I didnt get any notice of any increases. Only use the bloody thing about 4 times a year.
    Have they increased prices?

    Not Your Ornery Onager

VAT @ 21% would explain the increase.

Vat has been 21% since Janruary, it was 1 euro up to July.

eFlow is a scum company. I always pay my eflow charges online, once each journey is made - As I live and work (primarily) in Wicklow, I don't use that stretch of the M50 on a regular basis.

I received a solicitors letter a fortnight ago, looking for €148, in 'unpaid eflow fees' - I contacted the solicitor (Kerry based company - more of a debt collection agency), and spoke to one of their staff who told me they would 'look into the matter with eFlow' and get back to me, which they did, this afternoon.

it transpires that I made 1 payment for €3, 1 hour after the 8pm deadline (online). I was never informed about this by eFlow, yet the bill has been ticking away, until I received this bill for €148.

    The bill has been quashed.

How many more people out there are getting robbed blind by this shower of total rip off skank merchants every day?

Rebel, don't pay your eFlow charges - tell them to stuff their inefficient and useless business model, which reeks of Fianna Fail inefficiencies.

    Scum dot com

VAT wasn't charged on state services before 01/08/10.
