I recently bought a Macbook Pro and took advantage of their Back To School rebate on an iPod. I submitted my documents to them about two weeks a go but when I check the status of the rebate, it still says they're awaiting them. Does anyone have an email address for support for this type of promotion? I have trawled through the FAQs and there's no mention of any number of email address to use if something goes wrong.
