Hey guys i know this has being talked about in detail before but for the life of me i cant find in boards.

So i have my mind set on a bar 10 / Vsr. I like the look of them but would like to hear airsofters advice on them.

I like to hear how quiet, reliable and upgradable they are.
Also weither or not to go for the Jg version or the Tokyo Marui version (comapatablity of parts).

Weither or not i should for the ordinary version or g-spec, does the shorter barrell make a balls of the accuracy but makes up for it with near silent action or is it quiet enough with the rdinary version with longer barrell.

One last thing, can you add a silencer to the longer ordinary version.??

Any help on any one of the questions there would be greatly appretiated.

    Thanks...

    DP;)

To put it simply, if you're willing to spend the extra money, the TM is the way to go.
The JG is the budget alternative to the TM (albeit a good one), but the efficiency of the hop unit, and overall performance, makes the TM king.

For compatibility, the BAR10 is a direct clone of the VSR G-Spec, so all parts are cross compatible. There's also a wealth of third party upgrades for the VSR style out there, to make it even quieter and extend its performance.

Out of the box, the TM is more accurate, but has no optics. An extra expense which the JG includes. What money you save on upgrades internally with the TM, you spend on external extras, like a decent sight.

The G-Spec is the one to go for, from the VSR line. It performs as well as the others, with the barrel length making insignificant difference. The silencer, however, makes a huge difference, and will be your greatest ally if you intend on doing some proper sniping.

Lastly, you can add a silencer to a regular VSR, but it won't be as effective. A silencer adaptor and an AEG silencer would benthe set up, but it'll do little for you really.
