Hi I am looking to start a PhD in the ETH Zurich and was wondering whether anyone has studied or know anybody who has studied there, trying to get an idea of what life is like for international students there and Zurich in general!

Let us know how you get on if you do take up the phd.
I'm applying for a scholarship at the moment for a masters program in energy...
The uni seems quite good value...fee's for a masters are about €700 compared to €6000 in ucd. I know switz is expensive but taking a 5300 discrepancy and the university ranking list into account its a simple choice...
