In imaginary 'making-an-effort-every-day' land, as close to Marc Jacobs & Louis Vuitton a/w 2010 as I can on a Penneys budget :D Already picked up a River Island faux fur with sequins which I'll team with one of the tea dresses I already own, a vintage looking bag and some heels for evening and going to go for more of a 50's Joan Holloway off duty vibe during the daytime with cropped jeans from a few seasons ago, sweater, flats and headscarf. Would love to find a wearable mid length skirt and will have my eyes peeled for the Penneys aviator jacket that's coming out in September and a cape.

I want to live in Chloe's AW show.

In other words, I plan on wearing lots of lovely beige this winter. I'm always in colour so I'm going to try a bit of neutral for a change.

Checking out the vintage shops - to see if I can pick up lates 60's early 70's pieces - key for this season

I'll wear what I want and what I know suits me. TBH, I never think of "key pieces" etc when shopping. I tend to buy what works on me.

I must agree with the above poster - Chloe's A/W line is absoloutely devine.

I think I'll treat myself to a new coat this winter, River Island had a beautiful wool mix coat which looked very on trend. Might have a borrow of my Mum's camel coat aswell, they seem to be making a comeback :P

    A mix of stuff.

50's style skirts with cute cardies and tops.
Dress with long cardi and boots.
    Jeans, t-shirt, cardi and converce.
Dressy wool winter coat, smart knee hight boots, scarf and hat.
    Tunics and leggings.
Tailored trousers, pretty top, fitted jacket and heels.
Boho look, still working on getting this right for me.

I have really got into junk jewellery and love adding it to add that "me" touch to my outfits.
I have lost about 4 stone and am enjoying wearing stuff I never could before but still a very long way to go.

I agree about Camel - all the magazines mention that it will be the colour of the season. I hoping to pick up a statement piece like a blazer in camel so that I'll get lots of wear out of it. I'm too short for the mid calf length skirts though so I think I'll be giving them a miss!
