    Hi there,

    I have to repeat exam and a question that I am stuck on a question at the moment and I just had a mind blank. In the case of negligence, explain 4 things a plaintiff must prove? I have 1. Legal Duty of Care 2. Breach of Duty 3 and 4 are totally gone.. Help would be great thanks in advance..
