Anyone know why the roads are so blackened around the main Blanch Junction? And it's the same at that small roundabout at the bottom of Snugborough road.

I thought it was oil, and took it very careful on the motorbike. But there didn't appear to be any loss of grip, so I'm not sure what it is.

It came off some trucks a week or so ago.

I was coming home from the pub and walked through it while it was wet. (It was dark and I didn't see it :))
