Hey myself and my girlfriend (early 20's) are heading to Claremorris for a few days next week. Surprisingly a google search wasnt that helpful in finding stuff to do in the area! Will have a car so willing to travel up to an hour or so.

Anyone got any suggestions of good days out/fun things to do in mayo?

Interests would include natural landforms like cliffs, caves, waterfalls ect, other places of interest castles haunted places etc, and activities like horse-riding, canoueing, rock climbing, jet skiing & watersports.

Finally any waterparks in Mayo? As in simming pool with slides etc

Thanks in advance for all the local knowledge! :D

Claremorris is about 30 miles from the coast, with only a small lake near the town. There may be horse riding in the area. You may be as well to head for Westport.

Cliffs at Achill and Belderrig - be careful

Waterfall - small one - at Letterass near Leenane.
