    I've Windows Excel 2003 open..

I've a Mail written in Outlook and want to save the written message as a link to be put in Excel.

Basically, theres a list of names in excel.

and for each name theres a personal mail.

I want each mail beside the recievers name.

    Can this be done?

You can export from Outlook, and then import into Excel but this is difficult to describe on the forum.

    thanks :)

now I've an even worse problem...
I'm using mail merge in MSWord 2003.
When I send the mail I want the reciever to see its from someone else...

Lets say my name is joe bloggs.
I want to send a letter to David Dunn and I want it to look like this..

    From: Stan Smith
    To: David Dunn

    Hi Dave,

    blahblahblahblahsdugvbasidfuv

    Regards,

    Stan

To do this would I have to sign into "Stan's" mailbox or will I be able to send it as a delegate?

If you are using Excel, and you are allowed to send as another user, you should be able to add a "From" field in Outlook, which will allow you to choose who the mail is sent from...

Without knowing more, I can only be ambiguous.
