purchase question

    how would i go about buying this ???

    could i buy it from any site or would customs seize it?
    could i get a retailer to have it shipped to them for a fee?
    do any irish retailers supply them?

    not that clued into all this so be gentle lol ;)

    Hey Decky,

    You have a few options when it comes to importing AEGs.

    1: you can import these yourself but you run the risk of a few things happening:

    A: You order and you receive the package with no issues.

    B:Customs Seize it and charge you 21% VAT plus add an extra 2/3 days before you get it.

    C: Customs seize it and it gets sent to ballistics in Dublin for testing, if it is found to be over the 1j mark they will destroy it

    2    : I would highly suggest ordering the product through an Irish retailer, you will get charged a little bit more but since they are official retailers and distributors of AEG's you have no risk factor.
    Most Irish Retailers are more then happy to add your item into their order and are very helpful with explaining time frames ect.

    that does help mate thanks! is there any retailer in particular on here i could ask ? dont have time to get to any stores in person..
    and does it matter where i go to buy the pistol? as in would the retailer only use their own sources?

    There is a list of Retailers that are stickyed in the forum already, I think your best bet would be to read through them and give maybe 2 or 3 a ring and see which one will give ya the best deal :)
    I would also suggest asking the retailers in question where the best place to get it would be.

    I would love to name the retailers I have dealt with but everybody has different experiences and I dont want your thread turning into a debate regarding which retailer is best.
