Use No4/5's then, of use full or turkey choke if you have one.
This time of year, lots of rabbits to be had with a shotgun bolting through thistles in pasture land.

Alphamax 4 for duck followed by 2 magnums as i have a semi auto.
Although if in sept and shooting mallard on drains and small ponds I'd use a good quality 6

    My gun takes 2&3/4 & 3" loads.
3" give a slightly longer effective range on ducks.

my cuz and I go shooting duck together and I get a small bit further than him if i use a turkey choke.

    What shotty is yours?
    Semi or db?

its asemi takes 3.5'' loads and take up to 64grams is a turkey choke mush tighter than a full choke

3.5" are hard kickers. Good for geese etc.

Turkey choke normally lengthens the barrel and chokes well.

if you have 3.5" Chambers you may not need a Turkey choke.

if you have 3.3" Chambers you may not need a Turkey choke.
