Going to UK today I want to make sure I don't get screwed with roaming charges.

To ensure I don't get charged do i only have to have data roaming set to off or is there anything else I have to do.

new european law that came into effect 2 months ago means networks have to cap your roaming usage, and are not allowed charge more then 60 inc vat !

didnt stop o2 charging me 350 when i was in italy a few weeks ago, but i think ive gotten away with it ! :D

roaming can be toggled on/off in your settings>general>network

Depends on a lot of factors. I was in the UK last week and all my data came out of my Vodafone add-on bundle. Best thing to do is check with your network.

Also, the EU limit is a max of €12 a day. Steep enough, but at least it won't allow you to get charged crazy amounts.

I won't need to use it unless I get lost:rolleyes:
I'll just keep it turned off.
    I don't trust O2.
