Things to do in Achill

    Hey Guys! Me and a few mates (17 and 18 year olds) are heading out to Achill to go camping at Keel for 3 nights! Was wondering if any1 had any tips of things to do that wud be relatively cheap! ie 10 yoyos! We were thinking about doing sum hiking out to Keem and Climbing the Sea Cliffs along with some rock fishing one of the days! Any one have tips for anything else or good fishing spots?

    Plenty of beaches and good routes for hiking or cycling.

    Be careful near cliffs, especially at Minaun ( south of Keel strand ) and Croaghaun (NE of Keem Bay ) that second area is particularily.

    Also be careful rock fishing if there is a swell running - a wave can catch yu unawares.

    Plenty of good pubs and some good restaurants.

    Otherwise enjoy.

    There's kayaking on keel lake for €10 for 1 hour. Tis grand craic.
