Bonded Travel agents - Spanish ATC strike?

Hi, If I book a holiday to spain with a Bonded agent and prior to my return the spanish air traffic contol go on strike is the tour operator responsible for the cost of getting me home and/or cost of associated delays if I am stuck at my destination? Cheers, TC

The fact the agent is bonded has no relevance, that's for if they go out of business.

In general, tour operators look after their clients quite well in these circumstances.
