Anyone know what theses metal poles are going to become? They don't look like roadsign poles or traffic lights or anything. They are all around Dublin CC at the moment and are still wrapped up in green mesh packaging.

IIRC They're tourist signposts that are being installed by JC Decaux as part of the Dublin Bikes scheme. God knows what's taking so long. Or what the green socks are for.
