Safety chain?

    Pardon my ignorance but how do you use a safety chain on a pandora charm bracelet? I've been asked to pick one up for my SIL but can't figure them out :confused:

    A safety chain for a bracelet? I assume it must be like a wallet chain, maybe she has to chain her bracelet to her jeans. :S :P

    I got one fitted by a jeweller on one of my bracelets before. It means that if the bracelet opens, there will still be a small chain holding it together so it won't fall off and possibly get lost. Didn't know you could get specific branded ones.

    Pythia, do you mind me asking how much you paid to have the safety chain fitted? I have three bracelets at home that need a safety chain fitted, so was looking for somewhere good and reliable, but yet not overly expensive!
