    Hello all,
We are in the process of working on your construction drawings and would like to add additional glazing to the south side elevation of the house in the form of an additional window and changing one window to a patio door so we have two patio doors. It is a rural house. It is the side gable of the house and not overlooking another property. There will be no changes to the front elevation facing the road.

Would you consider these changes minor and still constituting compliance with the planning conditions thereby not needing to consult planners or make a change of plans application.

    thanks.

    I would not - i.e. I would consult the planners .
