Hi guys an elderly neighbour of mine has just asked me to find out if there is anything that she can do about a neighbours tree which has grown so large that it is now caused massive cracks in her end of garden wall and the foundations of her shed are also seriously damaged. She has tried to reason with the neighbours but they are refusing to accept it is caused by their trees. She doesnt want to go tyo court due to her age/the cost and I was just wondering if there is any safety ground that they would have fix the damage/growth. Neither house is a council house and I've come up short on finding anything

    Would apprecaite any help!!
