Have about 6 swards around a fields that borders a river that has been overgrown with nettles / weeds / scuth etc for a number of years from neglect. I have topped this ground and plan to let cattle into the field to Graze in 3 weeks time. After this when the regrowth comes i plan to spray with mortone. Is this sufficient…

I have topped this ground and plan to let cattle into the field to Graze in 3 weeks time. After this when the regrowth comes i plan to spray with mortone.

Is this sufficient or would i need to spray with roundup to fully kill off the weeds / nettles / scuth an spread gress seed

i would'nt recoment using round up that near a drain if i was you i would spray it with morton using a backpack sprayer and mortone
