Wasn't the first one bad enough? Now a sequel? Can we not get a good Irish horror movie? Shrooms was awful. I wonder if they'll use the most over used twist ending Number 2, they where dead the whole time

A sequel is far from confirmed, a few articles have mentioned plans to make the film but given that the original never received that big a theatrical release in America any sequel is going to be a direct to disc affair. There's a lot of potential for a slasher film set in Ireland that is as long as the film makers stop trying to make it American.

    Exactly as Darko said.

Boy Eats Girl - A bunch of Irish kids acting like American kids in film style that only works in the densely populated areas you find in America

Isolation - A bunch of Irish actors acting around a concept that's only really believable with the sinister American pharmaceutical companies as found in the likes of The X Files and such

Shrooms - Eh...what was actually Irish about it?

Ireland has a wealth of tales and ghost stories that could be drawn upon yet nobody does. We've also had our fair share of killers and psychos from whom inspiration could be drawn for these slashers. Yet Irish filmmakers constantly strive to try and emulate American cinema and nobody realises that it is next to impossible, you can't hide the begorrahs behind hamburgers.

How can you forget the irishness of the Englishman that picked them up in a yellow reg car at the start.
