Iphone 4 *Few Questions*

    Hey guys,

    Right, here is my situation, I am currently in the States and will be home in 3 weeks, once I get home, my mother has an o2 gold upgrade.
    She has said I can have the iPhone she will get with the upgrade, shes keeping her own phone.
    Anyway, a few q's, how much does a 16GB or 32GB cost with the gold upgrade? I would be getting the most basic plan because I will be unlocking it and jailbreaking it so I can use it on Meteor credit.
    So the other question was is Iphone 4 unlockable yet?
    Any replies are appreciated, thanks.

    iPhone 4 is unlockable. New software out yesterday will take a few days/weeks to crack but 4.0.1 is hackable via safari on the phone, no need for pc.

    I think gold upgrade is 50euro off. So basic plan on O2 is 40euro a month being 359 for 32gb minus 50 etc etc plans are available on o2.ie

    just beware that even if your mother gives you the upgraded iphone, your mother will be tied into an iPhone tarrif for 18 months, unless of course she gets a PAYG iPhone

    A gold upgrade means that you can get the phone for as little as 199 depending on tariffs and contract length.
