Does anyone know where I can get my distances measured for each club. I have a rough idea but looking to have proper distances so that I can convert when playing yards or meters

    Good suggestion:D

But on the other hand pacing down the range with 20 people blasting balls left and right might be slightly risky to your health:eek:

Wht you could do is try an indoor range! They have the tech to provide you with more info than you could imagine including your ball distance/arc/trajectory to name but a few.

Dont do it with range balls as they're 3 clubs shorter than actual golf balls.

Measure the distance of your 7 or 8 iron. Lets say you hit 7 iron from 150 meters / 165 yards, add or subtract 10 meters/15 yards for each club from
there. There is a bigger distance gap between long irons but you'll rarely pure a 3 or 4 iron so having 10 meters between those is probably fine.

if you really want to do it right you will need a lazer distance device such as the bushnell....go out to an area where you can hit your normal golf balls...get a friend to watch where you hit say 10 balls and get your friend to stand where you average shot for each club pitched(not finished). Then just laser your friend and you have your pitching distance.

You will need to do this on a dead calm day...flat surface.average temperature...no rain...as all have an effect on the distance the ball travels...altitude also has an effect but if you play in ireland you wont have a bother here. The ball doesnt go as far near the sea either as the air is heavier.

It a thorough process but if you want accurate measurements this is the way the pros do it.

    Gud luk
