HDMI Laptop to TV

Hi I ahve a HD tv and laptop and I have them connected up with a HD cable but the picture on the telly is not fitting the screen size and is hard to read the writing on it, can someone please help with this. Thanks:confused:

or use vga in,1024x768 resolution,60mhz
try 720x 576,or 1024x768 resolution, tvs are not designed for 1200 x100o resolution, see tv manual,pc input settings.
