I was told by a SKY rep on the phone that the only reason the phone line was needed was to get customer info - what the customer watched. So presumably they can target the advertising better??
It sucks, thats what it does!!
(Didn't know it was only necessary for MULTIROOM. Why on earth for? I can understand for the first box..........
