cannot install itunes for my new ipod touch

    Tried to install itunes 9 onto my windows xp and it told me that the programme did not pass windows logo test. Then tried to install windows 8 and the same thing happened. I used to have itunes on the computer ages ago but it crashed and was lost. Anyone know what to do?Im no good with computers at all and havent a clue what Im gonna do :/

    Sounds like it didn't pass wga, windows genuine advantage, means you have a pirated copy if windows, did you give the computer to someone to fix, or buy second hand ?

    My friend sorted it out for us when it crashed so it is possible...where do I buy the right windows?is it expensive?Thanks for helping me, I was beginning to wonder if id ever get to use it!

    you will have to buy a copy of xp and a licence key off microsoft
