Ebay help

    Hi,

    I bought a Microsoft Zune HD 32GB on Friday the 6th of Aug (06/08/2010). I paid on the night through paypal using a 3v voucher. That same night I was having trouble remembering my password and email, I contacted someone at the live help desk and they helped me through the process, replacing my emailing address and password. I then had to change the email address on my paypal account so it would correspond with the ebay account. As far as I know then paypal would not allow the sale to go through, I have since been contacted by paypal who have told me my account is no ok, and I have since bought another item, which the seller said they received the payment (It was a leather case for the above mp3 player). Then last night the 10/08/2010 I received a request from the seller to cancel the transcation which I did as he had not received payment.


    So does anyone know he i will see the money again. I can't find an email address for ebay or paypal. I don't have the internet and i've been using the internet on my phone to look for help all day.

    So can anyone help?

    Since it's the money that's gone missing, you need to contact Paypal. The only way to contact them is through their website, and normally it's only through the dispute resolution centre. Outside of that, you can contact them is by this page, need to be logged into Paypal account:
