(Hypothetical) café crawl

So the GF and I were going to get some coffee and saw a pub crawl walking by, and we started talking about how someone should do a café crawl instead. Now very few people would actually want to drink seven or eight cups of coffee in a row so it wasn't something that would ever actually work, but we got talking about what coffee places would, hypothetically, be good for bringing people on a café crawl. Not necessarily places with the best coffee in town, but places with decent coffee (or tea of course), a good atmosphere or intersting history, or that are unique or quirky in some way. Any ideas as to what places you'd put on the list (for Dublin or any other city in Ireland)?

A few suggestions we had for Dublin were:
    - 3FE
    - Bald Barista
    - Café Irie (Temple Bar)
    - the coffee shop at the entrance to the George's St market
    - Bewley's on Grafton St
    - the Tea House in CHQ shopping centre

I'm fairly sure there were a couple of others but that's all I can think of.

Ridiculous thread I know... it's been a slow week.
