SO sorry if this question has been asked here before, I presumed it would be but i can't find the answer...

Anyhoo - moved to London last month and have just started a job here. I finished up work in Dublin at the end of June and have recieved my P45

My question is - am I entitled to claim back any of the tax I paid in Ireland from Jan - June 2010?

    You are.

Simply download a Form P50 from www.revenue.ie, and submit to your local tax office, along with parts 2 & 3 of your P45.
