Retrofitting Seat Belts

We're struggling to find anything in our price range that meets our seat belt requirements (whatever about the law).

I've come across these frames http://www.reimo.com/en/59560-3_point_sealtbelt_anchor/ from reimo on foreign websites.

So I have a couple of questions...

Is it an easy or hard retro fit to the dinner of a motorhome on a suitable base vehicle? And is there anybody in this state that supplies and/or fits them.

Without knowing the layout of your motorhome , and the size of the dinette seats , or what's underneath them , it's a hard one to answer.
