    Hi Im a qualified electrician from a maintenance background, I hear there looking for process technicians in Vistakon Limerick, I was wondering how much of the job is maintenance based or is it mainly production line work. also has anyone any information on rates for processs ops, what shift rate is. Have interview next week so would really appreciate any info...

    I worked in there for 2 years in a contract position, though in a different role. I actually applyed for the Process Tech role & got called for an interview. Toughest & most technicial interview I ever did. Make sure you re up to speed on automation, faultfinding, pneumatics & sensors. I unfortunately didnt get the job.
    Workwise, you are predominantly in production but if you machine goes down, its up to you to get it up & going. Ithink they pay around the 43000 mark including shift
